Visa Information for 2024ICETTA Attendees
The 2024 International Conference on Emerging Trends in Technological Advancements (2024ICETTA) welcomes researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students from around the globe to share insights on technological advancements. To ensure a smooth travel process to Ghana for our international delegates, we have collaborated with the Ghana Immigration Service to provide you with essential visa information.
Visa Requirements
All visitors to Ghana must possess a valid passport or legal travel documents. Most international participants will require a visa to enter Ghana. We recommend checking your visa requirements well in advance of your travel date. The following documents are generally required for a visa application:
- A completed visa application form.

A valid passport with at least six months validity.

Two recent passport-sized photographs.
- A letter of invitation from the conference organizers.
- Proof of conference registration.
- Proof of accommodation in Ghana.

Return ticket or proof of onward travel.

Evidence of financial support during your stay.

Special Arrangements for 2024ICETTA Participants
In collaboration with the Ghana Immigration Service, we have facilitated the following special arrangements for our conference participants:

Expedited Visa Processing: Conference attendees will benefit from expedited visa processing. Please indicate that you are attending the 2024ICETTA when submitting your visa application.

On-Arrival Visa (If applicable): Delegates from countries eligible for visas on arrival should state their participation in the 2024ICETTA to avail of this facility. Please check with the nearest Ghanaian embassy or consulate to confirm eligibility.

Dedicated Help Desk: A dedicated help desk for 2024ICETTA attendees will be available at the Ghana Immigration Service for any visa-related inquiries.

Check Eligibility: Visit the official website of the Ghana Immigration Service or contact the nearest Ghanaian embassy or consulate to check your visa eligibility and requirements.

Gather Documents: Collect all necessary documents, including the invitation letter from the conference organizers.

Apply: Submit your visa application to the nearest Ghanaian embassy or consulate. Online applications may be available depending on your location.
